"We had a large custom addition added to our home and a complete remodel of the existing home. Todd of TRK Development is awesome to work with. Most of the working crew are employees of the company, and not just random subs. They CARE and take pride in their work every step of the way and it shows. We would not hesitate to have them build us a new home, or do a complete renovation again. Todd Kamrowski and his people are easy to work with and make the process smooth and uncomplicated. They can help design and build custom homes or do remodels, large and small. Their roofing crew also took care of my neighbors home. We have owned 13 homes over the years; some we built from the ground up and others we've had remodeled. Todd is definitely in the top two builders we've ever worked with. The quality really shines."

"Todd Kamrowski and his crew are hard workers, get the job done, and do quality work. TRK Construction is not the least expensive contractor, but they guarantee their workmanship, and meet their deadlines. We had a complete home remodel done by TRK in 2019, and the end result was truly amazing. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Todd Kamrowski custom built us a house in 2019, ready for occupancy in early 2020. His preferred brand of roofing shingles was not available at the time, so he used an alternative brand recommended by his supplier. While this was only a short-term solution, it turned into a major headache, as material defects don’t stand up to our southern Arizona winds. Despite no support from supplier or manufacturer, Todd has incurred personal losses in order to deliver on expected finished product. Todd’s honesty and integrity and dedication to quality are above reproach."

"We had used 2 other contractors in town for renovations and improvements, but when TRK Development was recommended to us by another business in town, we invited Todd over to discuss our room addition. We asked him about a poor google review he received from another customer. He answered our inquiry honestly, and believably. After further discussion of our project, we gave him the go. We were rewarded with a fair cost, very good drawings, great listening and communication, attention to details, and wonderful quality of work. We thoroughly enjoyed working with his crews. We even had TRK paint our entire exterior when the addition was done. Again, a quality job. We are very happy to have had TRK Development as our contractor."

"TRK, Todd, has done work for us since we moved to the area seven years ago. We bought a TRK house when we first moved here. It was the nicest and best built house we’ve ever lived in. A little too much highway noise pushed up to move which we regret as the quality of this house is not even close to what we had. Nice guy and easy to work with. He can be pretty busy so grab him when you can. I seen one negative review. From a person from San Francisco. Go figure."
